Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on used candles or melts. If you’re unsure about a scent, we’re always happy to help before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
